01. About Indian Human Hair

What is Indian human hair?

What is Virgin Hair?

Virgin hair is not processed in any way it is 100% natural, so there is no damage to the cuticles. The cuticles protect the hair so it is important that they are intact. Our hair is hand selected to be soft and beautiful, a lot of care is take so that all the cuticle run in the same direction to prevent tangling, all of our virgin hair are Remy. The end result in soft beautiful long lasting hair with lots of body. You will be 100% satisfied with our hair.

02. About Order

How will you dispatch my order? 

We use the finest international air couriers to ensure your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days of dispatch, but these times may vary depending on where you are located and your local customs authority.

How long will it take for my order to reach me? 

While most orders are processed and dispatched within 10 days of receipt of payment, please provide 3 to 4 weeks for processing of your order. Because we used to receive regular orders from our old and new customers and take so much good care of quality check, it may cause us little delay in case we find something not as per commitment made to you and re process your order. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular order or item.

How do I check the status of my order? 

We use the finest air couriers to ensure that your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. On receiving your order, VIRGIN HAIR STUDIOS will confirm the same with an e-mail and a unique order number. On the day we dispatch your order, we will confirm the same with yet another e-mail mentioning the airway bill number. The e-mail will also have an attached URL address which will take you directly to a web page where you can feed in your airway bill number and subsequently check the delivery status of your order online. At any point you are most welcome to e-mail us regarding queries related to your orders and VIRGIN HAIR STUDIOS will try its best to keep you well informed and updated.

03. About Shipment

When do I receive my order?

When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?

If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

04. About Returns & Exchanges

Can I return the Extensions back?

If something is wrong with the extensions, please contact our manager for further instructions. We will analyse the problem and offer the solution. If it is a problem of the hair quality, we change the extensions or make a refund if needed. We would need to get this order back to realize the problem and avoid it in the future.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund or return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. We cannot accept returns for products that have been altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

Refund process:

Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. We only issue store credits, technically there will be no refund, we will provide you store credit (gift card) for your returned item. You can use that later to make purchases. It will be in the form of a coupon code (gift card). The store credit in the form of a coupon code (gift card) will be emailed to you.
